In this position, you will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and adherence to established guidelines and standards of care. You will be responsible for documenting patient information accurately, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

We are now offering increased evening shift differentials, allowing you to earn more while working during evening hours. This includes 8-hour and 12-hour shifts.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state you will be working, CPR certification, and long-term care experience. You must possess excellent communication skills to interact verbally with patients, visitors, and staff. The ability to manage time, organize daily schedules, and meet productivity standards is also essential.

You will need to stand and walk for extended periods, lift heavy objects using proper techniques, and assist patients weighing over 200 pounds. Additionally, you must have manual dexterity, coordination, and skilled use of hands when working with patients and equipment. Visual acuity with the ability to distinguish color is also required.

This position offers a competitive salary of $48,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
