Job Title: Critical Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team in delivering exceptional patient care on the 8th floor of our MedSurg unit.

About the Role

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
  • Lead and direct other assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age/developmentally appropriate care.
  • Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious, and environmental needs.
  • Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment through ensuring patient privacy and professional behavior.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing.
  • Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
  • License to practice in South Carolina or Compact Licensure Agreement.
  • AHA BLS Certification.
