Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team at Henrico Doctors Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute inpatient rehabilitation setting
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and discharge summaries
  • Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines
Requirements:
  • Active Compact License required
  • 2 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred
  • BLS certification required
  • Medical-surgical experience or same setting required
  • CRRN certification preferred
Working Conditions:
