Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Sparkademy. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact a profitable and growing startup, working in small, empowered cross-functional teams that push boundaries.
Key Responsibilities- Generate interest through direct communication with corporate clients using various online and offline channels.
- Sourcing, connecting with, and closing deals with enterprise clients requires being proactive, creative, likeable, persuasive, and willing to walk the extra mile.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record of opening doors & generating business in the US market.
- Experience selling to enterprise clients and closing 6 to 7 figure deals.
- You must be self-motivated and driven by targets.
- The ability to independently and effectively prioritize potential opportunities.
- Courage and creativity to find new ways of generating business.
- Expertise in digital technologies, lifelong learning, corporate education, and digital education.
- At least 10+ years of B2B experience in sales, preferably in a client- and network-intensive consulting role.
- Experienced or lead corporate transformation efforts.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
If you have experience with CRM tools, outreach tools, and office tools, that's a plus. Building a team is also an added advantage.
What You'll Achieve in Your First 6 MonthsAfter one month, you will fully understand what value our solution provides to whom, comprehend the market, and have your first conversations with prospects.
After three months, you will have ramped up your engine that produces qualified opportunities, have a healthy pipeline, and understand the potential.
After six months, you will have built up a great pipeline & know your market & competition by heart, closed your first deals, and started building your US team and scaling growth.
