Job Description: Healthcare Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Partnership Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with local community organizations, healthcare providers, and senior-focused businesses to promote our service offerings and grow our membership.

About the Role
  • Sales and Outreach: The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating and educating about our services, generating sales leads and memberships by cultivating valuable relationships with senior citizens, local community partners, and senior-focused businesses.
  • Community Engagement: They will strategize, coordinate, and execute events within the community to educate our Medicare Advantage eligible patients and their caretakers.
  • Relationship Building: The candidate will foster relationships with health plan agents, independent insurance agents, social workers, case workers, senior housing managers, senior centers, local government officials, and stakeholders to educate about why ClareMedica Care Centers should be a top provider choice for senior healthcare.

This role requires frequent travel, often up to several hours of driving per day, and manual dexterity to use desktop computers and peripherals.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, or an additional combination of formal education, training, and experience above the minimum will be considered.
  • Working with Seniors: Previous experience working with seniors is highly desirable, as is a general understanding of Medicare Advantage and/or senior-focused healthcare.
  • Communication Skills: The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • Travel Requirements: Frequent travel is required, often up to several hours of driving per day.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
