Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Frosting Specialist to join our team at Amy Cakes Inc. as a Cake Decorator. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing desserts that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frosting and Decoration: Apply our proprietary frosting recipe and techniques to create beautiful cakes that meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of frosting and other essential ingredients to ensure seamless operations.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure they meet our quality standards and report any issues to management.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve productivity goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous bakery experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
