**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced JavaScript developer to join our team as a Software Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing user interface components using React.js and implementing them following well-known workflows such as Flux or Redux. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.

This position requires a strong commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality product development. You will work closely with the rest of the team to implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment. **Salary**
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience. Candidates must be located in Cincinnati, Ohio, or open to relocating within the area.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
