">The Connectivity and Sensors Group (CSG) is a leading global supplier of connectivity systems and components, including Ultra-Wideband, Bluetooth, Matter, Wi-Fi, cellular IoT, and MEMS sensors.
">This role will be part of the CSG team, focusing on developing innovative products to meet the growing demands of smart home, automotive connectivity, industrial automation, smartphones, wearables, gaming, and other high-growth IoT connectivity and healthcare market segments.
">Key Responsibilities
">As a Senior Technical Product Development Manager, you will lead the development of new products and technologies, ensuring they meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
">You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop product roadmaps, and drive product launches.

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and driving product innovation.">

- Identifying and prioritizing business opportunities, developing product roadmaps, and driving product launches.">
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.">
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.">
- At least 8 years of experience in product development, with a focus on wireless connectivity and sensing technologies.">
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical data and make informed decisions.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.">
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.">
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools.">
