cTrace Solutions, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced Dialysis Care Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and excellent patient care abilities.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $27 to $28 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and document pre-dialysis vital signs, including weight and temperature.
  • Inspect patient's dialysis access and initiate dialysis according to unit protocol and patient prescription.
  • Prepare dialysate according to established procedures and patient's prescription.
  • Measure, calculate, and adjust blood flow rates according to established protocols and prescription.
  • Administer anticoagulant according to unit protocols and prescription.
  • Change fluid removal rate and patient position, and administer Normal Saline as directed by RN, ALP order, or unit protocol.

Requirements:

  • MUST have DT certification in the state of Ohio.
  • MUST hold a current CPR Certification.
  • MUST be authorized to Work in the US without Sponsorship.
