Golf Club Fitter (Hard Goods Associate) Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Golf Club Fitter (Hard Goods Associate) to join our team at PGA TOUR Superstore. As a Golf Club Fitter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers in the Hard Goods areas, providing product knowledge and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new technologies, products, and services to provide accurate and efficient golf club fittings.
  • Execute Club Comparisons to assist customers in judging performance differences between select clubs.
  • Follow golf club fitting protocol to provide accurate and efficient golf club fitting processes.
  • Operate Simulator and Launch Monitor technologies, using fitting tools and components to provide valuable fitting information to customers.
  • Make equipment recommendations tailored to the customer's needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of golf retail sales experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of golf fitting experience, preferred.
  • Basic golf industry, product knowledge, and club fitting principles.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead.
  • Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • GED or high school diploma.
