Aircraft Technician Specialist for Aviation Technology Associates

Airframe and Powerplant certified Aircraft Technician II is sought by Aviation Technology Associates LLC to perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexity on aircraft systems and structures in a dynamic team environment.
About the Role:
This key position will work under minimal supervision, performing complex tasks as required. Responsibilities include communicating with colleagues to receive and understand work assignments, inspecting and repairing aircraft systems, ensuring quality standards are met, and following standard operating procedures when operating ground support equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and repairs of aircraft systems and structures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with internal and FAA inspection and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork related to aircraft maintenance.
- Store aircraft components securely and safely.
- Operate ground support equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Provide training to less experienced technicians.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with aviation maintenance practices and procedures.
- Hold a valid Airframe and Powerplant certificate.
- 2+ years of experience in aviation maintenance or 4+ years including 2 years working on mid/large size aircraft.
Additional Information:
This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $32.19 per hour and requires a US citizen or permanent resident status.
