Job DescriptionOverview

The Move In Coordinator will process all applications for Maymont Homes, adhering to Applicant Screening Criteria and making decisions in compliance with Fair Housing guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process all applications received in the order they are received
  • Adhere to Applicant Screening Criteria
  • Make decisions in compliance with Fair Housing guidelines
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in banking, real estate, property management, or related fields
  • Knowledge of fair housing and local real estate laws, where applicable
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced preferred
  • Working knowledge of applicable CRM, MRI, and other software systems
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to produce high-quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and an ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prove advanced critical thinking and problem-solving concepts
  • Ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to thrive in a high volume, data entry, and processing work environment
  • Experience working in a work schedule environment, including in-office operations, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
