At Peraton, we are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Developer to support our mission-critical training programs.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to design and develop engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

About the Role:

  • Conduct needs assessments and strategic learning analyses to inform curriculum development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality instructional content.
  • Present recommendations for course design, technology, and instruction delivery options.
  • Provide analytical support for training curricula, learning strategies, and courseware standards.
  • Develop instructional objectives and materials for instructor-led and online courses.
  • Design instructional aids for stand-alone, classroom, or online use.
  • Evaluate instruction effectiveness and implement course improvements based on student feedback.
  • Review existing curriculum materials and recommend content for transition to blended-learning delivery methods.
  • Plan, design, develop, and implement online courses and training videos.
  • Mentor instructor staff on instructional strategies and methodologies.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in instructional design or a related field (6 years with Master's degree, 3 years with Ph.D.).
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance and ability to obtain SCI and PSD access.
  • Familiarity with ADDIE (or SAM or SAT) model instructional design methodology.
  • Demonstrated experience using course authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate).
