We invite highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our team as full-time night shift professionals in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) based in Pocatello, Idaho.

As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will work closely with healthcare professionals from various disciplines to deliver comprehensive care to critically ill newborns and their families. Your expertise and compassion will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill newborns and their families, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to life-threatening situations, utilizing critical thinking and clinical expertise to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, communicating essential details to colleagues and healthcare providers as necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with best practices and advancements in neonatal care.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN licensure in the state of Idaho.
  • Minimum two years of acute care experience, preferably in a neonatal or pediatric setting.
  • Current BLS certification and NRP certification within six months of hire.
  • Ability to obtain STABLE certification within six months of hire.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
