Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development experience. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing the qualified pipeline of new opportunities for our direct sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a consistent contact attempt process to follow-up, nurture, and qualify targets/leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and key technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects/customers.
  • Follow established Cimplx pre-sales process and consistently document prospect interaction to ensure efficient lead-management.
  • Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a sales/customer-service position.
  • A fearless, optimistic, and high-energy attitude.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to set and manage priorities with diligent time management.
  • A compelling desire to compete and win.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with demonstrated judgment and decision-making capability.
  • Ability to learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information.
  • Sincere willingness to be coached, yet self-motivated to grow beyond constant guidance and oversight.
