Job Description

$17-$18/hour depending on experience.

Sales Coordinator Role Summary:
This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging patients, promoting memberships, and providing excellent customer service. As a Medical Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell membership packages to patients.
  • Greet and check in patients upon arrival.
  • Manage patient flow through the clinic, ensuring timely appointments and efficient treatment.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including sales data and patient feedback.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient care.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to attract new patients and grow sales.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented setting and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
