Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, FP&A to join our Power & Controls team. As a strategic business partner, you will collaborate across multiple functional areas to drive business decisions and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consolidated financial reporting for a $900M portfolio
  • Partner with CFO and leadership team to ensure sound business decisions
  • Drive business unit financial analysis and reporting
  • Assist in coordination of annual and five-year strategic planning processes
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Manage direct reports and provide guidance on career development
  • Provide direction on government accounting rules and maintain compliance
  • Support internal and external audits as needed

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Experience as a results-oriented leader with prior experience in FP&A
  • SAP, HFM, and Onestream knowledge
  • Comfortable working in a data-driven, fast-paced environment
