Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Activities Assistant. This is a $15-$20/hour opportunity that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Participating in the execution, physical set-up, and staffing of in-house events and classes;
• Staffing off-site resident excursions in the community;
• Assisting with resident reservations and activity sign-up records;
• Answering phones;
• Following up with residents to confirm activity sign-ups and reservations;
• Disseminating activity schedules to residents;
• Maintaining confidentiality of resident information;

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A High School diploma or equivalent;
• Be at least 18 years old;
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Office and administrative skills;
• Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher;
• Ability to make independent decisions;
• Team player with a positive attitude;
