We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at The Vomela Companies. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse staff of sales professionals and collaborating with sales management to develop and implement sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support General Manager in overseeing a diverse staff of sales professionals
  • Recruit, mentor, support and manage new Account Executives hired for the team
  • Achieve sales objectives by contributing to the development of the sales staff
  • Maintain a client base while building and establishing new business relationships

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree
  • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience plus additional success in business to business sales, cold calling and account management
  • Strong interest in sales, coaching and mentoring
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, high energy environment
