Job Description
The Hotel Team Member, also known as a Customer Experience Specialist, plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for our guests. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
The Hotel Team Member's responsibilities include:
- Guest Services
• Greet and welcome guests, offering assistance and responding to their needs in a prompt and courteous manner. - Cleaning and Housekeeping
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest accommodations and public spaces. - Assisting Other Departments
• Assist other departments in various duties as needed, based on the hotel's requirements.

Work Environment
The Hotel Team Member will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests and colleagues throughout the day. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and bending, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds. Regular breaks are provided to ensure the team member's comfort and well-being.
