Topcon Positioning Group is a leading provider of productivity tools for developing a brighter future. We are seeking a motivated and committed Business Development Manager Horizontal Construction Scandinavia & Baltics to lead our expansion in the Scandinavia & Baltic regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to expand our business in the region, working closely with our Sales Management EMEA team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a market expansion playbook to ensure a streamlined and efficient roll out of new markets
  • Forecasting, training, and infrastructure development to support business growth
  • Ensuring the product roadmap aligns with business priorities and strategy
  • Preparing presentations and follow up action plans to drive forward strategic initiatives
  • Reporting results to stakeholders internally and externally on key milestones

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of managing internal relationships and leading sustained change. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at a variety of levels.
