BJC Medical Group is a multi-specialty physician organization of BJC HealthCare, serving the greater St. Louis area with over 600 doctors and advanced practice providers affiliated with top-ranked hospitals.
Job Summary
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join our Hospitalist team at Memorial Hospital Belleville in Belleville, IL. As an intensivist, you will ensure optimal care and promote safety for patients admitted to your service, collaborating with private attending staff and nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage the medical care of assigned patients
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve excellent clinical outcomes
- Perform and document patient histories and physicals as required by hospital bylaws
- Supervise and instruct medical students and residents on service
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Medicine
- 2-5 years of experience
- Licensed Physician
Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary of $250,000 - $350,000 annually, depending on experience, plus additional benefits:
