We are seeking a dedicated Classroom Assistant - Educational Aide to join our team at Victoria Independent School District. As a key member of our educational support staff, you will play a vital role in helping certified teachers prepare and manage classroom activities and administrative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Provide instructional support to certified teachers, including preparation of materials and displays, and assistance with testing and record-keeping.
Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, adhering to district standards and guidelines.
Work closely with teachers to identify and address student needs, providing individualized support and guidance.
Supervise students during the school day, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Participate in staff development training programs, enhancing your skills and contributing to the overall success of our educational community.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful contribution to the education and development of our students. We offer a competitive salary range of $ 35,000 to $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
