Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Enterprise Performance Management, with a focus on Oracle Hyperion EPM. They will work closely with the finance and IT teams to ensure smooth month-end close and forecastBudget cycles. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish quality assurance processes
  • Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure and closure of escalations

The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring process compliance in the assigned module and participating in technical discussions as a technical consultant for feasibility studies. They will work closely with Oracle global support to resolve customer SRs and work with various functions within business user groups to ensure RCA is complete and incidents SLAs are met.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion EPM, including EPBCS, Essbase, EDMCS, FDMEE, and SmartView. They will also have experience with all aspects of the system, including support, testing, development, and pre-post implementation activities. Additionally, they will have experience integrating EPM with other systems using Data Management, Data Exchange, and FDMEE.

The candidate will be able to maintain optimum availability of EPM environments, create, monitor, and migrate product-related application artifacts proactively. They will also have deep functional knowledge around financial systems and processes and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and master unfamiliar concepts quickly with little supervision. They will also be able to provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhance their technical capabilities, and increase productivity.
