Salary and Benefits

Our Registered Nurses can earn up to $65 per hour, with rates varying based on location and experience. In addition to our competitive hourly pay, IntelyCare offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering nursing care in various post-acute care settings
  • Working collaboratively with residents, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to devise personalized care plans
  • Ensuring residents receive the right treatments and medications
  • Explaining treatment options with residents and their family members
  • Consulting with doctors and other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Setting up and monitoring medical equipment
  • Overseeing compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
  • Documenting interventions and medical histories
  • Performing fluid sample draws for lab work
  • Leading training and supervision of nursing staff
  • Assisting with incident investigations
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as an IntelyPro, you'll need:

  • A current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
  • Strong organizational skills
