Truck Bed Tarps Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Verduyn Tarps, a family-owned and operated business since 1986. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional customer service, sell cargo equipment and tarps, and repair retractable tarp systems.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of experience required for the role.

• Provide Excellent Customer Service: You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues they may have.
• Sell Cargo Equipment and Tarps: You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our products.
• Repair Retractable Tarp Systems: You will diagnose problems with our tarp systems and provide accurate quotes for repairs, working efficiently to get customers back on the road as quickly as possible.

• Basic Knowledge of Trucking Industry/Cargo Equipment: A strong understanding of the trucking industry and its equipment will be beneficial in providing expert advice to customers.
• Automotive Service/Repair Advisor Experience: Previous experience in automotive repair or a related field will be advantageous in diagnosing and repairing tarp system issues.
• Excellent Communication and Decision-Making Skills: You will need to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, making sound decisions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
