About the Role

  • This position focuses on connecting advisors with training resources, tracking their progress, and ensuring they build a strong foundation for a successful financial advisory practice.
  • The Training Program Manager will manage the onboarding process, ensuring new advisors have access to training resources, mentors, and development tools.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive training calendar, communicating schedules, and monitoring advisor engagement.
  • Collaboration is critical, as this position works closely with firm leadership, sales managers, and external trainers to align programs and initiatives with organizational goals.
  • The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate records of advisor progress while holding them accountable for completing training programs and achieving development milestones.

Requirements

  • Experience in training coordination or project management, particularly within the financial services industry, and familiarity with financial advisor licensing and regulatory compliance.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence, hold advisors accountable, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
