Patient Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Patient Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Miller's Health Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transporting residents to and from medical appointments and off-site activities in a company van.

• Transport patients safely and efficiently to and from medical appointments and off-site activities
• Ensure timely arrival and departure of patients, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment during transportation
• Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including schedules and completed trips

• Clean driving record with valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
• Prior experience in healthcare or patient transportation preferred

• Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
