Mental Health Specialist

Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. We seek a licensed mental health professional to join our team. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.
About the RoleYou will assess each resident's needs, develop and follow a treatment plan to meet their needs, and ensure that all treatment provided is medically necessary. You will also perform written or verbal consultation with clients' primary care physician, family, facility staff, and Eventus WholeHealth support staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Travel and flexibility to support Eventus Behavioral health services in various buildings
- Assess each resident with a valid consent to determine individual needs
- Develop and follow a treatment plan to meet each resident's needs
- Document treatment plans, psychotherapy sessions, and treatment plan updates according to Eventus WholeHealth's procedures and policies
To be successful in this role, you should have a doctoral degree from an accredited educational institution for Psychologists or a Master's degree in social work for Therapists, along with a current license to practice in the state where you will work.
