Maritime Surveyor Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Maritime Surveyor Lead to spearhead offshore survey projects utilizing cutting-edge 4DNAV technology. This position is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of offshore operations, driving quality and excellence in maritime recruitment.

• Lead and manage offshore survey teams using advanced 4DNAV technology to achieve project goals.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety and quality standards throughout operations.
• Analyze complex data sets from detailed surveys to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Train and mentor junior surveyors and field staff on best practices and industry standards.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and survey documentation for submission.

• Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in offshore surveying, specifically with 4DNAV technology.
• Strong understanding of surveying techniques and industry standards.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining survey equipment and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Certifications in HSE, QHSE, or relevant offshore safety training.

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic maritime environment.
