About the Role

This position involves working 12-hour night shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays required. You will be part of a collaborative team that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing continuous assessment and monitoring of patients' conditions, including vital signs, medication administration, and documentation.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educating patients and families about their conditions, self-care, and treatment options.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate medication administration, dosing, and documentation.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:
  • A valid and current Connecticut registered nurse licensure.
  • A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in an acute in-patient setting.
  • BLS or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

We offer a competitive salary range for this role, estimated to be around $$83,500 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
