About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the Endoscopy department, including pre-procedure preparation, procedure assistance, and post-procedure recovery.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Endoscopy or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Endoscopy procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
