Job Summary:

As a key member of our label manufacturing team, the Flexographic Press Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art printing presses to produce high-quality labels for our clients. This is a full-time position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain flexographic printing presses to produce labels in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that labels meet our high standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the presses.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience as a printing press operator or in a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
