Luxury Beauty Consultant

Ulta Beauty is seeking a motivated and experienced Luxury Beauty Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our prestige cosmetic lines. As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to meet or exceed individual sales and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Inform guests of current promotions and events within the store.
• Promote our prestige cosmetic lines and meet or exceed individual sales and productivity goals.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
