Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate cash handling and reporting procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, and parking lot.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs, answering questions and providing product information.
- Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve store goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
