RN - Short Stay Multiple FTE and Shift Opportunities

At Providence Health & Services, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Short Stay unit. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and implementing individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
