The Singing River Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Pascagoula, Mississippi.

Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized plans of care, and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with interdisciplinary teams, families, and patients to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Clinical Judgement and Decision Making: Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex patient situations, make informed decisions, and prioritize care based on patient needs and safety.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A graduate degree from an accredited NLN school of nursing;
- A minimum of one year of inpatient clinical experience, preferably within the past five years or completion of a successful refresher program;
- Current unrestricted Mississippi State licensure as a Registered Nurse;
- BCLS certification upon hire and/or transfer, with additional certifications required for specific specialty areas.
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to communicable diseases and radiation. You must be able to stand for extended periods, walk without undue fatigue, and work assigned schedules with flexibility for off days, shifts, or weekends.
