Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at American State Bank and Trust Company. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist financial advisors with client service, ad hoc requests, and marketing efforts
  • Prepare reports by gathering and analyzing data as directed
  • Manage the Branch Touchpoints system to ensure timely customer contacts and reviews
  • Complete workflow tasks for client review meetings
  • Review available RJFS marketing materials and initiate creative opportunities for client correspondence
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology available from RJ
  • Handle incoming client service requests in a friendly and timely manner
  • Cross-train on other operational functions and perform back-up duties as needed
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments
  • Assist in planning and coordinating client events
  • Document all client activity and notes for proper relationship management using CRM
  • Attend training sessions as necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in financial, accounting, or marketing industries
  • Working knowledge of investment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industry preferred
  • Ability to conduct relationships with co-workers, customers, and the public in a manner that enhances the bank's image and marketing effort
  • Strong initiative, willingness to learn, hardworking, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Ability to closely monitor details and ensure accuracy in reports, correspondence, and databases
  • Desire to be part of a continuous learning environment, incorporating feedback and adapting to changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
