Enterprise ERP Implementation Specialist

Synergy America seeks an experienced Enterprise ERP Implementation Specialist to lead complex system and infrastructure projects or programs related to the implementation of an Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
This role will not only assist in creating critical project and program management deliverables, but will also be expected to support the teams in achieving priorities, goals and strategies with key stakeholders. The selected candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment with high degrees of ambiguity. This position will report directly to the IT PMO.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement enterprise-wide ERP solutions that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver large-scale ERP projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop project plans that align with company objectives.
- Analyzing and resolving complex technical issues and developing creative solutions to drive business value.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in ERP implementation.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on experience.
