Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on the company's market analysis and industry standards.
Job Description
This position involves developing, deploying, maintaining, and continuously improving Source to Contract Cloud SaaS Solutions for Sherwin-Williams.
The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of applicable policies, processes, and procedures. They will also be responsible for developing business-relevant reporting, analytics, goal setting, and compliance reporting.
The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for communicating and training key stakeholder groups across all divisions and regions globally. They will manage the overall design and testing of the configured system, post-go-live support, ongoing configuration, implementations, and integration.
The selected individual will identify and resolve risks that impact internal controls, monitor KPI metrics, and provide focused, tailored spend insights for the business.
They will also support the business team's efforts to ensure key users and end-users are prepared and understand system functionality.
The candidate will lead a team responsible for executing routine and complex Admin functions in coordination and collaboration with core team members.
They will act as an application subject matter expert for Sherwin-Williams, conduct activities like staffing, performance, and resource management, and strategic direction of the Team.
The ideal candidate will set employee objectives, monitor and evaluate performance, and provide feedback and mentoring.
They will manage the team to track project and departmental deliverables and meet required timelines.
The candidate will research, initiate, and lead software and business process opportunities. They will participate in Software Selection processes as new solutions are being identified.
They will manage software lifecycles as new software is procured and legacy software is retired. The candidate will partner with the Automation Team to streamline processes globally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years' experience working in a sourcing, payables, receivables, accounting, contract management, customer service, or manufacturing environment.
A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Information Systems, or a related field is required. The candidate must have strong PC skills, including ability in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to multitask.
The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience working with ERP systems or transactional procurement systems, and Oracle global implementation and systems administration experience/exposure.
