Clinical Manager

The Clinical Manager at Mount Carmel Health System is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing patient care on a daily operational basis. This role requires a strong leader who can create a caring and healing environment that keeps the patient and family at the center of care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of recent and relevant clinical experience, with 1-2 years of critical-care experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

- Identifies, leads, and embraces change.
- Provides supervision of employees in their respective department/service area.
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with staff, other departments, and physicians.
- Promotes a Culture of Safety by adhering to policy, procedures, and plans that are in place to prevent workplace injury, violence, or adverse outcome to colleagues and patients.
