We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Software Engineer to join our team at Cohere Technology Group LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise applications using cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.

About the Role

This position requires strong technical talent, a desire to continuously learn and apply new skills, and a passion for taking on hard problems and developing successful solutions.

  • As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will participate in a development team that uses agile methodologies combined with mature software practices and a technology-supported development infrastructure.
  • You will execute full lifecycle agile workflow, including daily SCRUMs, story grooming and bidding, and sprint execution.
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing software and extending the software baseline to implement new capabilities and to mature existing capabilities using key enabling technologies and frameworks.
  • Maintaining the deployed system, diagnosing and resolving issues, and providing support to end-users as needed.
  • Providing technical and methodological guidance to the team, while helping steer the team to be self-reliant and highly effective at meeting project objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A B.S. degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, and 12 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 10 years of experience.
  • 6 plus years' experience with Java development, with some experience in Relational Database Management.
  • 6 Years' Experience with Angular 3+ front-end web application platform and PrimeNG UI components or similar web framework.
  • Experience with middle tier messaging systems, Kafka, Active MQ, or similar, and development and usage with RESTful web services.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance, with Current CI Poly or consent to Poly at a briefing.
