Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 based on industry standards, location, and experience. The job also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, wellness program, short-and long-term disability, charitable contribution match, holidays, personal days & vacation, paid volunteer time off, and more.

Job Description

This role requires an experienced HR expert to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, utilizing their knowledge of ADP products and services to solve complex business challenges. The successful candidate will be comfortable building relationships with external clients and internal partners, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven ability to produce positive results.

  1. Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve: The HR consultant will work independently to resolve client issues, proactively provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
  2. Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations: The successful candidate will use their strong interpersonal skills and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues, striving to exceed client expectations in every interaction.
  3. Provide Recommendations and Educate: The HR consultant will interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients, sharing knowledge and best practices with less experienced consultants.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess at least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization, along with 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment. A college degree is not required, but other acceptable experiences include military experience or equivalent work history.

Bonus Points for Preferred Qualifications

HR certification or a willingness to pursue it within the first year can be a significant advantage for this role.
