Located in the fast-growing area south of Richmond, our practice offers a dynamic and flexible work setting, with options for 4-10s or 5-8s schedules. Our team is passionate about primary care and is committed to delivering high-quality patient experience.

  • This position is open to both experienced and new graduate physicians who share our passion for primary care and are eager to grow with our practice.
  • As a Family Physician, you will have the opportunity to care for patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric populations.
  • Leveraging our EPIC EMR and MyChart for Telehealth/virtual health, you will have the tools to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care.
  • As a 100% outpatient practice, you will not be responsible for hospital duties, allowing you to focus on your patients and their needs.
  • We offer a competitive base compensation and the opportunity to earn bonus based on wRVU productivity, quality goals, and collaboration with APCs.
  • Our benefits package includes 35 days of ATO annually, medical/dental/vision/Rx/FSA benefits, company-provided life insurance, short/long-term disability, and malpractice/liability/tail coverage.
