Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Office Pride. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet and direct visitors, and respond to routine inquiries.
  • Perform a variety of routine assignments, including data entry, word processing, and mail distribution.
  • Establish and maintain files, records, and documents, and perform specialized services of a routine clerical/administrative nature.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, and order, stock, and distribute office supplies.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • No previous experience required, but completed degree(s) from an accredited institution may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.
  • Records maintenance skills, ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments, and ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
  • Word processing and/or data entry skills, skill in the use of operating basic office equipment, and receptionist skills.
