Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key schools, understanding their needs and priorities, and delivering value to them through our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the relationship with key schools, including retention and expansion
  • Understand schools' needs and priorities and help them meet those needs
  • Lead school leaders through successful recruitment processes using a consultative approach
  • Work collaboratively with the sales, operations, and technology teams to continuously improve efficiency in delivering value to schools
