Job Title: Administrative Medical Coordinator
A rewarding opportunity awaits a highly skilled and organized Administrative Medical Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global in Sacramento, CA.

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. As the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, accessing patient data, greeting patients, and escorting them to their designated areas.

**Estimated Salary:**
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, as well as 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage patient data
- Greet patients and escort them to designated areas
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
- Proven track record of effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working with Veterans Benefit packages
