Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Administrative Assistant at Ravenel Associates, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Managing office administration, including maintaining accurate records, processing paperwork, and performing data entry tasks.

  • Coordinating community events and activities, such as maintenance requests, homeowner meetings, and social gatherings.

  • Scheduling appointments and meetings with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards, and ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly managed.


Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a community management or customer-facing environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with residents, staff, and external partners in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred but not required.


Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
