Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving practice in Forest Park, Georgia.
This role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care to individuals of all ages in a community-focused setting.
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care, promoting health and wellness through preventive measures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary medical care to patients across various age groups.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring patient understanding and engagement.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and other treatments as needed.
- Conduct routine health screenings, physical exams, and preventive care services.
- Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Stay current with medical advancements, standards of care, and best practices.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Georgia.
- Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a family practice or primary care setting preferred.
- Recent graduates from residency programs with a strong commitment to primary care are encouraged to apply.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and the healthcare team.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $200,000-$250,000, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
