Automotive Porter

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a Porter, you will be responsible for moving and cleaning vehicles, delivering cars to customers, and maintaining a clean and organized car lot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moves cars to and from the car lot
• Delivers cars to customers
• Keeps the car lot clean and organized
• Runs errands for the dealership
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment
• Participates in required training
• Records all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system
• Follows all safety rules and regulations
• Demonstrates the Company's Core Values
• Complies with Company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer skills to utilize the timekeeping system
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel

Work Environment:

The Porter will work in a fast-paced dealership environment, interacting with employees from various departments and customers. The position requires regular and predictable attendance, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

The Porter will be required to lift up to 50 pounds and move frequently around the dealership facilities and outdoor car lot.
